Our products combine ad-intelligence SaaS, clickstream behavioral insights, and purchase data to turn complex, multi-channel data into clear, actionable insights.
We’re looking for a hands-on SDR Team Leader to build and scale our pipeline generation engine. This is a player–coach role, combining leadership with direct pipeline ownership (~40% individual contribution at the start).
What you’ll do:
- Build, manage, and scale the SDR team
- Hire, coach, and drive performance against pipeline targets
- Lead outbound strategy — messaging, sequencing, and channels
- Own pipeline creation and improve conversion across the funnel
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps
- 2+ years of SDR/BDR team management experience
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR
- Strong outbound expertise
- Data-driven and process-oriented mindset
- Hands-on, high ownership, and execution-focused
- Martech background
- Build the SDR engine from scratch
- Direct impact on revenue growth
- Clear growth path as the team scales
