We are looking for a QA Manual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality through manual testing, working closely with the Development and Support teams, and supporting the overall software development lifecycle. The position includes testing new features, verifying bug fixes, reproducing issues reported by customers, and maintaining clear test documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Sanity and Regression testing on existing systems and new features.
- Conduct ongoing testing for new developments and product enhancements.
- Work closely with the Support and Development teams to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
- Open, track, and manage bugs using Jira.
- Write and maintain test documentation and test cases.
- Help ensure overall product quality and stability.
- A technology-related degree or a QA course certificate.
- 1–2 years of experience in QA – advantage.
- Experience working with Jira.
- Experience writing test documentation.
- Experience working with AI technologies – advantage.
- Strong motivation to grow into the development world, such as QA Automation or Software Development in the future.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
