UX/UI Team Lead

We’re hiring a Senior UX/UI Team Lead for a leading high-tech company (role is fully confidential).

This is a strategic, high-impact position focused on leading the UX/UI domain across complex products - while staying hands-on.

Role Description:

Leading the UX/UI domain across complex products, including software, mobile, and web solutions. Responsible for defining and implementing end-to-end user experience and design vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing user experience for complex systems and features, from definition to prototyping and detailed specifications

• Translating business and technological needs into simple, intuitive experiences

• Working closely with cross-functional teams and bridging between different needs

• Leading design methodologies and implementing user-centered thinking

• Managing design processes under regulatory constraints, changes, and business requirements

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design or product management in software, mobile, and web environments

• 4+ years of experience leading or managing design teams

• Proven experience designing complex systems and global products

• Ability to work with designers, developers, product managers, and business stakeholders

• Strong aesthetic sense and proficiency with modern design tools

• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles

• Strategic thinking and the ability to deliver high-quality results within timelines
