We are looking for a passionate IT & Information Systems Manager to join our team at our TLV site.

In this role, you will own and lead all Information Systems and IT operations in a fast-growing global company. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT processes, including equipment procurement, infrastructure planning and implementation, security governance, and ensuring reliable, scalable systems across the organization.

This is a key role within the company, requiring a proactive leader who can drive efficiency, support business growth, and provide a seamless technology experience for our teams.

Responsibilities - what you will be doing:

• Build, scale, and manage the company’s IT infrastructure and operations.
• Own and optimize all company Information Systems and internal platforms.
• Define IT processes, SLAs, and operational standards to ensure reliable service.
• Lead the company’s security posture, including policies, tools, and procedures.
• Design and maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant security and regulatory frameworks.
• Manage identity, endpoint, and access management systems.
• Improve operational efficiency through automation and system integrations.
• Optimize internal SaaS platforms and business applications.
• Manage IT vendors, procurement, and budget planning.
• Maintain organized documentation and structured IT processes.
• Support a global workforce by improving employee technology experience.
  
  

• 6+ years of experience in an IT Manager / IT Lead role in a startup or high-growth environment with strong hands-on capabilities.
• BSc in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent practical experience -Must
• Experience with cloud infrastructure such as Azure, Microsoft 365 (all apps), AWS or equivalent – Must
• Experience leading E2E security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001/27032)- Must
• Experience building and scaling IT infrastructure, including VPN, switches, firewalls (Fortigate or alternatives), and group policies -Must
• Experience implementing Identity & Access Management solutions (SSO, MFA, access policies).
• Experience with HRIS system like HiBob (Automations, Flows, Integrations, etc.)
• Experience with modern endpoint management platforms (Microsoft Intune or similar).
• Experience with security tools and monitoring platforms (SIEM, NAC, phishing simulations, USB restrictions, etc.).
• Experience managing backup (such as Metallic/Commvault) and data protection solutions.
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS systems and business applications.
• Experience working with C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with external vendors and managing cost-efficient solutions.
• Experience supporting production and business-critical systems.
• Strong experience with Windows, macOS & Linux.
• Scripting and automation capabilities (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.).
• Experience with IT Assets management (system like Snipe-IT and others).
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Hebrew – fluent, English – fluent.
