We are looking for Senior DevOps Engineer

Our ecosystem has a solid foundation, but there's plenty of room to grow and innovate. You'll play a critical role in scaling our infrastructure, improving architecture, enhancing developer experience, and driving operational excellence to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving product.

What you will do:

• Contribute to Scalable Architecture and System Implementation
• Work closely with architects and stakeholders to design and implement robust, scalable solutions.
• Drive resource management simplicity and efficiency using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Enable Developer Productivity and Dynamic Environments
• Develop and optimize workflows to support ephemeral development environments.
• Enhance local development and CI/CD experiences using modern tooling and methodologies.
• Optimize Costs and Resource Management
• Identify areas of inefficiency and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Advocate for resource-efficient practices in cloud and containerized deployments.
• Foster Operational Excellence
• Champion best practices in observability, resilience, and platform stability.
• Implement strategies for effective monitoring and performance tuning.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps and platform engineering in production environments.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable, cloud-based systems.
• Hands-on programming skills in Python.
• Strong knowledge hands-on experience with:
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform.
• Container Orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker, Helm.
• Build Tools: Experience with CI/CD systems (TeamCity is an advantage).
• GitOps Tooling: ArgoCD.
• Orchestration Tools: Airflow, Dagster, or Flyte (advantage).
• Observability: OpenTelemetry, Coralogix (advantage).
• Experience with OCI (advantage)
• Familiarity with OpenSearch / ElasticSearch (advantage).
• Experience working in fast-paced environments, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate independently.
