Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager for Builders of the Middle East (affiliated with Nas Daily), based in Tel Aviv-Yafo. This role is responsible for managing the organization on the ground, ensuring strong operational execution, team leadership, and continued growth of the initiative. The General Manager will oversee people, operations, budgets, and strategic initiatives while ensuring

the organization remains aligned with its mission and long-term vision. The ideal candidate combines strong operational leadership, media or nonprofit experience, and the ability to represent the organization with partners, donors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Organizational Leadership

• Oversee the daily operations of Builders of the Middle East.
• Manage multiple teams and divisions across content, operations, and partnerships.
• Ensure alignment with the organization’s mission, values, and strategic goals.
• Drive organizational growth and operational excellence.

Operations & Business Management

• Lead operational planning and execution across the organization.
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and P&L oversight.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Support expansion initiatives and new program development.

People & HR Management

• Manage recruitment, team development, and performance processes.
• Ensure compliance with Israeli labor regulations and employment laws.
• Foster a collaborative, mission-driven workplace culture.
• Support team members’ professional growth and leadership development.

Stakeholder & Donor Relations

• Maintain relationships with key partners, donors, and stakeholders.
• Represent the organization in meetings, presentations, and public engagements.
• Support fundraising conversations and donor reporting.
• Present progress updates and strategic initiatives to leadership and stakeholders.
