Agency Information Security Manager

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Agency Information Security Manager to join our team and lead cybersecurity for our insurance agencies.

In this key role, you’ll work closely with the Group CISO, taking ownership of planning, implementing, and managing all aspects of information and cyber security across our agencies. You’ll be at the forefront of risk management—identifying gaps, creating mitigation plans, and collaborating with technical teams and senior leadership to keep our operations secure.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee and ensure the implementation of security policies in our agencies
• Manage information security risks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Lead the deployment of security controls and defense systems
• Drive security awareness programs for agency employees
• Respond to and manage security incidents
• Conduct regular risk assessments and penetration tests
• Keep the Group CISO and senior management updated with clear reporting

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in a technology-related field
• 5+ years of experience in information security management (insurance/financial sector experience is a plus)
• Solid knowledge of security standards (PCI, ISO, NIST) and regulations
• Experience in matrix management and leading complex projects
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage senior executives
• Professional certifications like CISSP or CISM – an advantage
