Bookkeeping and Payroll Manager

We are seeking a Head of Bookkeeping and Payroll to lead our company's financial operations.

We work with top-tier tech companies and well-known brands across a variety of industries, including fintech, cybersecurity, crypto & blockchain, gaming, and more.

The position includes:

• Manage the bookkeeping team and oversee daily financial operations
• Take full responsibility for the company’s accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit management
• Manage financial operations and reconciliations across bank accounts, credit cards, customer and supplier accounts, and crypto accounts
• Oversee customer invoicing and supplier payment processes
• Handle multi-currency transactions, including foreign currency and crypto-related transactions
• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including salary calculations, payslip issuance, salary payments, and coordination with pension and insurance providers
• Take an active, hands-on role in day-to-day bookkeeping alongside team management responsibilities
• Lead the financial operations of the company while working closely with the CFO
• Full-time position based in Tel Aviv

Job requirements:

• Certified Bookkeeper (Type 3)
• 4+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
• Proven experience managing a bookkeeping team
• Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll processes
• Experience performing reconciliations, including bank accounts, credit cards, customer accounts, and supplier accounts
• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including customer invoicing and supplier payments
• Experience working with foreign currency transactions
• Proficiency in Priority ERP
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong English communication skills
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and quickly learn new processes and systems
• Experience working with crypto-related transactions or digital assets - advantage
• Experience working with AI tools - advantage
