Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Lawyer at Tel-Zur & Co., located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with some opportunities to work remotely. The role involves advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, drafting and reviewing legal documentation, managing transactions such as M&A and investments, and supporting clients’ legal needs with creative and strategic solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in commercial and corporate law, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Proven experience in handling commercial transactions and providing ongoing legal counsel to business clients.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop practical and creative legal strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-oriented approach.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English.
• At least one year of experience as a commercial lawyer (post-admission).
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• A high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and strong work ethic
