Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Technical Lead based in Migdal HaEmek. The Software Technical Lead will oversee software projects, guiding the design, development, and implementation of applications. Responsibilities include hands-on programming, software architecture design, managing databases, and ensuring robust testing. The ideal candidate will lead a technical team, collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions, and support continued innovation and development within Bruker's technology landscape

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in software development and programming, with at least 5 years of experience in C# and C++
• Strong skills in Software Design and architecture to create scalable and maintainable systems
• Proven leadership and communication skills to manage a team of developers and collaborate across departments
• Experience in agile development approaches and version control practices
• Advantage: Prior industry experience in the SEMI industry
