Senior Mechanical Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kfar Saba for a Senior Mechanical Engineer.

The role involves:

·      Lead conceptual & detailed mechanical design

·      Develop systems from concept → prototype → serial production

·      Conduct design reviews and support existing systems

·      Manage suppliers, define components, and release ECOs

·      Plan, execute, and support experiments

·      Work as part of a multidisciplinary environment

Requirements:

·      5–7 years of "hands-on" mechanical development experience

·      Proven experience designing multidisciplinary systems

·      Full proficiency in CAD (modeling, drawings, assemblies)

·      Knowledge of manufacturing technologies

·      Experience managing subcontractors

·      Excellent English

Nice To Have:

·      Experience with production lines, automation, PLCs

·      Background in process/chemical engineering

·      Knowledge of energy-generation systems

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles and practices
• Hands-on experience in Machine Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
• Ability to lead and execute Research and Development (R&D) projects
• Strong Project Management skills, including organization and timeline management
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong analytical mindset
• Experience in energy technology, renewable energy, or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
