A premier global Algotrading firm specializes in High-Frequency Trading (HFT), utilizing supercomputing power and sophisticated mathematical models to execute market strategies at scale.

The organization is comprised of world-class researchers and domain experts, offering a highly competitive and intellectually stimulating R&D environment of approximately 100 professionals.

The company is located in Central Israel (with a flexible, private shuttle service from major hubs like Tel Aviv) and operates a hybrid work model with one day remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Advanced Algorithmic Research: Joining an elite research squad to develop and refine Deep Learning and Machine Learning models for high-frequency market strategies.
• Large-Scale Data Analysis: Analyzing massive datasets to identify patterns, execute probability simulations, and apply complex statistical theories.
• Hybrid Engineering & Research: Bridging the gap between theoretical research and production-grade implementation, utilizing a stack of C++, Python, and R.
• Model Optimization: Improving the accuracy and latency of predictive models within a highly competitive, real-time trading environment.
• End-to-End Applied Research: Taking ownership of the research lifecycle, from data exploration and hypothesis testing to backtesting and live deployment.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in a Scientific/Technical discipline (Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics) from a top-tier university – Mandatory.
• Exceptional Academic Record: GPA of 91+ (or equivalent) – Mandatory.
• 1+ year of professional Research experience (in any technical discipline, with a focus on ML/DL development) – Mandatory.
• Proven background in Software Development, with a strong proficiency in C++ (highly preferred) or Python – Mandatory.
• Experience from high-growth startups, established tech firms, or elite military technological units.
• Strong foundations in probability, statistics, and linear algebra.
