The Role

We're looking for a Design Lead, a very experienced hands-on individual contributor who will own the entire design experience at Livez. You'll bring the design perspective into product strategy, roadmap decisions, and every customer touchpoint, with a real voice where it matters.

As the only designer in the company, you are the design voice of Livez. You make the calls on what great looks like, you set the bar, and you build the design culture from the ground up. You bring strategy and execution in equal measure. You work closely with all teams to deliver design that is both beautiful and impactful.

What You'll Own

• Research, strategy, and product influence: Help identify users' pain points and product opportunities through research and user interviews. Shape the product roadmap, contribute to strategic decisions, and bring the user's voice into every conversation with leadership, product, and engineering.

• Product design for our mobile and web app: Own end-to-end design from early concept through final implementation, including UX flows, interaction design, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI. Work hand-in-hand with the development team to bring designs to life.

• Product marketing support: Design assets, campaigns, and visual storytelling that communicate our mission and value proposition.
• 
  
• B2B and sales support: Enterprise-facing materials, pitch decks, and design that helps close deals with Fortune 500 clients.

• Design system and brand: Own, evolve, and maintain Livez's visual identity and component library across all touchpoints.

What We're Looking For

Must have:

• 8+ years of experience in product design, with at least 4 of those years in tech companies (not agencies or freelance)
• A strong portfolio in mobile B2C or B2B2C products
• A "yes I can" mindset: you figure it out, you adapt, you deliver
• Solid skills across the full design spectrum: UX strategy, high-quality UI delivery, user research, usability testing, and prototyping
• Experience with designing email marketing and printed materials 
• Familiarity with Gen AI tools and genuine curiosity about designing for AI-powered experiences
• Experience collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams
• Professional working proficiency in both Hebrew and English, written and spoken
• A warm, ego-free way of working: you're the kind of person teammates genuinely enjoy building with
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
