We're recruiting for an exciting greenfield project within a leading Israeli government ministry.

The Role

A rare opportunity to build a full BI & DWH infrastructure from scratch — owning the entire journey from data modeling and warehouse design, all the way to delivering production-grade Tableau dashboards. This is a high-impact, end-to-end role with real ownership.

What You'll Do

• Design and build a DWH infrastructure from the ground up
• Develop and maintain data models and ETL/ELT processes
• Build and deploy Tableau dashboards and reports for operational and strategic use
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define requirements and KPIs
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and documentation standards

What We're Looking For

✅ 3+ years of BI development experience

✅ Strong hands-on Tableau experience — dashboards, calculated fields, performance optimization

✅ Proven experience in data modeling and DWH design

✅ Solid SQL skills ✅ Experience building BI infrastructure from scratch — strong advantage

✅ Valid Israeli security clearance — mandatory
