Machine Learning Engineer

The organization is currently a high-caliber team of 30+ professionals, developing a SaaS platform that leverages Generative AI to solve the most complex security challenges for global organizations.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location near major transport hubs) and operates a hybrid work model with two days remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Founding Function: Joining as the first dedicated AI Engineer within the development team, taking full ownership of AI-driven product capabilities from concept to production.
• AI Agent Development: Designing and building intelligent AI Agents that assist developers in securing cloud environments with speed and efficiency.
• Production AI Systems: Implementing end-to-end AI features, including Agent Orchestration, RAG architectures, and automated Policy Generation.
• Security Automation: Developing sophisticated logic for Drift Detection and Workflow Automation to enhance cloud security operations.
• Evaluation & Feedback: Establishing robust frameworks for Model Evaluation, Feedback Loops, and prompt iteration to ensure the reliability of AI outputs in a security context.
• Full-Stack AI Integration: Working across the stack to integrate AI/ML models into a scalable cloud environment (AWS, OCI).

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field from a leading university – Mandatory.
• 5 years of professional Software Engineering experience – Mandatory.
• 1 year of hands-on experience as an AI/ML Engineer, specifically with LLMs or Generative AI – Mandatory.
• Significant experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) – Mandatory.
• Proven ability to write high-quality production code and architect complex systems.
• Excellent English communication skills for a global-facing role.
• Strong background in building and deploying Applied AI Systems.
