Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts
- Interact and work with company's departments (sales, purchasing, Human Resources, R&D, operations and finance) on diverse legal issues
- Handling ongoing worldwide legal matters
- Perform and provide other general corporate law advice as needed
Qualifications
- 6-12 years of experience as a commercial lawyer in a law firm or as in-house lawyer (on top of the internship period)
- Hard worker, well-organized, dynamic and pro-active personality, team player, independent worker
- Familiar with contracts terms
- Relevant experience working with multinational global companies
- Experience working at/with the hi-tech Industry
- English & Hebrew at mother tongue level or equivalent - must
