Software Architect

A successful Israeli technology "Unicorn" develops an innovative software solution that enables global telecommunications companies to significantly increase network capacity while reducing operational costs. Backed by substantial multi-million dollar growth-stage funding, the company maintains a large global presence with its primary R&D center in Israel.

The organization is characterized by a high-scale, modern technological stack and a culture of technical excellence, currently scaling its infrastructure to support massive global demand.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location near major transport hubs) and operates a hybrid work model with one day remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Technical Leadership: Taking end-to-end responsibility for system Architecture and providing high-level technological guidance across the engineering organization.
• Full Stack Engineering: Driving development across the entire stack, with a balanced focus or a stronger emphasis on Front-End (FE) architecture.
• Modern Stack Implementation: Leading the design and evolution of systems utilizing Python, Node.js, and React.
• Cloud-Native Infrastructure: Architecting scalable solutions within AWS, leveraging Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and GraphQL.
• Strategic Design: Translating complex business requirements into robust, maintainable technical blueprints that support high-performance network data processing.

Requirements:

• 8 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development – Mandatory.
• Balanced Full Stack expertise (50/50) or a pronounced affinity for Front-End (FE) engineering – Mandatory. (Candidates with a Backend-only focus will not be considered).
• 2 years of experience as a Software Architect, leading cross-team technical initiatives – Mandatory.
• Deep proficiency in Python and Node.js – Mandatory.
• Expert-level knowledge of React – Mandatory.
• Proven experience with AWS, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
• Strong understanding of modern DevOps practices, including Kubernetes and CI/CD.
