Operational Excellence Engineer (Industrial Engineering)

We are looking for an Industrial / Operational Excellence Engineer to join a leading industrial company and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives across production and operational processes
• Promote and embed a culture of Operational Excellence within the organization
• Identify inefficiencies, analyze data, and drive process optimization to improve performance and reduce costs
• Apply Lean methodologies (Kaizen, waste reduction, process optimization)
• Support managers and teams in improving workflows and maximizing resource utilization
• Lead root cause analysis processes and develop practical, data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, quality, supply chain)
• Utilize advanced tools, including AI-based solutions, to enhance processes and decision-making

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems / related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in process improvement and Lean methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present data clearly
• Experience leading improvement initiatives and driving change
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Training and facilitation skills – an advantage
• Experience in operations management – an advantage
