Rust Software Engineer

This role is within an internal innovation unit tasked with developing a next-generation DLP (Data Loss Prevention) solution powered by Generative AI capabilities.

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location with immediate access to major transport hubs) and operates a hybrid work model with one day remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• Agent Development: Designing and developing high-performance security Agents in Rust and C++ to protect sensitive data at the system level.
• System-Level Engineering: Implementing efficient, reliable applications with a deep focus on OS internals and low-level performance optimization.
• Architecture & Design: Building end-to-end systems, including the design of complex interfaces and high-throughput data pipelines.
• Cross-Platform Security: Leveraging WinAPI (Windows) or macOS APIs to ensure robust protection across enterprise environments.
• Innovation & Troubleshooting: Working in a high-velocity "internal startup" environment, handling kernel-level troubleshooting and advanced system architecture.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in System Programming using C++, Rust, or C – Mandatory.
• Deep understanding of Operating Systems internals – Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with WinAPI (Windows) or macOS APIs – Mandatory.
• Proven ability to develop reliable, high-performance agents for enterprise environments.
• Strong background in system architecture and kernel-level troubleshooting.
• Ability to design and build complex, end-to-end data pipelines and interfaces.
