The Impact You’ll Own

You’ll take full ownership of how our AI agents behaves across clients - how they answer, act, and help solve real-world problems. Your job: make sure they are useful, accurate, and fully aligned with each client’s unique workflows and needs.

• Define and test agent behavior for client-specific and general use cases
• Investigate failures by inspecting tool use, SQL queries, and logs; deduce root causes before escalating
• Onboard new clients: understand their data, define behavioral goals, and configure the agent accordingly, working closely with Customer Success
• Write sharp, structured specs that guide our data scientists and engineers
• Interview clients regularly to identify pain points, needs, and opportunities
• Build and run evaluation sets to validate agent behavior

In the longer term, you’ll help shape the roadmap for internal tools and evaluation frameworks that make this entire process scalable.

• Agents behavior across clients is reliable, consistent, and trusted
• Evaluation sets are well-defined and used effectively by the team
• Agents failures are investigated independently and resolved efficiently
• New clients are onboarded quickly and with high satisfaction
• Internal tooling improves as a result of your insights and feedback

You Might Be a Fit If You Have:

• At least 3 years of experience as a data-savvy consultant, data scientist, analyst, or engineer
• Strong SQL skills; can read basic Python and trace logs
• Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and structured writing
• Curiosity and hands-on experience with LLMs or AI tools
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment
• Strong team player with collaborative mindset
• Financial background (accounting, FP&A) - Advantage
• Familiarity with ERP tools - Advantage

PM experience is not required. We’re looking for someone sharp, execution-focused, and obsessed with quality.
