🚀 Hiring: Sales Manager (Phone-Based) – SaaS 🚀
If you’re driven by sales, love closing deals, and want to be part of a growing SaaS company – this one’s for you 💥
🔹 What you’ll do:
• Drive revenue growth and hit sales targets
• Reach out to warm leads (trial users of the platform)
• Own the full sales cycle – from first contact to closing
• Acquire new customers and expand existing accounts
🔹 What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience (SMB – big advantage)
• 2+ years of SaaS sales experience
• Strong experience in phone sales and full-cycle sales management
• High technical orientation and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Excellent communication skills, service-oriented mindset, and self-management
✨ Nice to have:
• Experience with Marketing Automation / email marketing platforms
• Familiarity with digital marketing
📍 Full-time role + 1 day hybrid
💰 Base salary + high commissions
💸 Average commission: 10–15K (uncapped – performance-based)
