The Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work directly with clients to understand their operations, design the solution, and own it from first conversation through production. This is a generalist role that requires both technical depth and the ability to earn trust in a room with business owners.
You'll be accountable for real business impact - not tickets, not sprints. Projects.
What You'll Do
- Lead client discovery and translate operational challenges into clear technical specs
- Build and deploy AI agent systems integrated with the client's existing tools and data
- Own reliability, performance, and iteration post-launch
- Work directly with the founder on every engagement
What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience with end-to-end delivery - you've taken something from requirements to production
- Comfortable working directly with non-technical stakeholders
- Strong ownership mindset and low tolerance for ambiguity as an excuse
- Genuine interest in applied AI - agents, integrations, real-world automation
