Quality Engineer (temporary position) - 236101

Leads and supports quality activities across manufacturing and operations. Applies deep knowledge and problem-solving skills to improve product and process quality. Focuses on preventing issues, driving root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Acts as a key player in ensuring high-quality, on-time product delivery.|

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality projects in manufacturing, working with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Review product designs, production processes, and test results to identify and address quality risks.
• Lead and support root cause analysis and implement solutions to improve product and process quality.
• Drive continuous improvement by integrating best practices, quality tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and new technologies.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to embed quality into daily activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and support quality knowledge sharing across the organization.

Required Experience & Education

• Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 6–10 years of experience in quality or manufacturing roles.
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt or similar certification preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with quality standards, product validation, and production processes.
• Ability to review technical data (specs, test results, design s) and provide clear recommendations.
• Effective communicator in English, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and presenting to senior stakeholders.
