Ground Station Development Team Lead | Yehud, Israel | IAI
The Missile Center in the Missile Systems and Space Division is seeking a team lead to head ground station software development activities.
The position includes:
• Leading and developing integrated HMI and logic software
• Managing and leading a development team of 2 to 3 software engineers
• Coding, system integration, and participation in tests
• Team management and professional guidance, including code reviews
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• At least 5 years of experience in C# and .NET development in a Windows environment
• Experience with multi threading
• Experience working with TCP/IP communication protocols
• Management experience leading a development team is an advantage
Good to know:
The MBT Missiles Factory designs, plans, and develops a wide range of missile systems, including naval strike systems, loitering munitions, precision guided munitions, and short range defense systems.
