Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking an experienced, strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a fast-growing, global B2B SaaS company in the Developer Analytics & Engineering Intelligence space. The company delivers data-driven solutions to optimize engineering team performance and is currently scaling its global operations.

The Role

As a key strategic partner and right-hand to the CEO, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s future and global expansion. This is a high-impact executive role where you will collaborate closely with GTM leadership to drive growth, lead the establishment of international entities, and build a world-class finance team from the ground up. You will be responsible for implementing scalable systems and processes while ensuring full compliance with US GAAP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors, providing data-driven insights to inform critical strategic decisions.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to optimize revenue models, ARR, and unit economics across the business.
• Lead and develop global finance organizations across Israel and the U.S., including opening and managing U.S. entities.
• Own the entire financial roadmap, including budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and executive-level reporting.
• Drive the implementation and optimization of financial systems, ERPs, and scalable operational processes.
• Lead strategic initiatives, including M&A, due diligence, capital allocation, and ongoing investor relations.
• Oversee all financial operations end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and rigorous financial controls in accordance with US GAAP.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a CFO or VP Finance in a hyper-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is mandatory; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
• Background in a Big 4 consulting or accounting firm is highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with US GAAP and international taxation.
• Proven track record of leading and scaling global finance teams (Israel and U.S.).
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to influence executive decision-making.
• Hands-on experience implementing financial systems and operational infrastructure.
• Experience with M&A, due diligence, and managing relationships with VC/PE investors.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
