Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Lab Technician to join our Process Development team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting fermentation processes and experimental workflows, contributing directly to the development and scale-up of our technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily laboratory operations within the Process Development team
• Prepare media, buffers, reagents, and lab equipment
• Set up, operate, and monitor lab-scale fermentation processes
• Perform analytical assays to evaluate process performance
• Execute experiments in alignment with team goals and company milestones
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to laboratory best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development activities
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic lab environment 

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial experience in fermentation / process development
• Hands-on experience in GMP or GMP-compliant environments
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills in a laboratory setting
• High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to details
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, innovative-driven environment
• Willingness to work weekends
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing)
