Full Stack Engineer

Our platform helps educators and organizations create, grade, and analyze exams using intelligent automation, turning raw student data into personalized insights and better outcomes.

We’re now building our next-generation product, a smarter, more holistic learning system, and we’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer who’s ready to take ownership, shape product decisions, and build features that make a real impact.

What you’ll do:

• Contribute to the design and architecture of our new product, from concept to implementation
• Develop scalable and maintainable web applications using React (TypeScript) and Flask (Python)
• Design and implement APIs and integrations between frontend, backend, and AI services
• Integrate and optimize LLM-based features for auto-grading, content generation, and analytics
• Collaborate with product, AI, and design teams to build user-centered features end-to-end
• Ensure performance, reliability, and security across the stack
• Take part in an agile, collaborative environment where your input truly shapes the direction of the product

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Hands-on experience with React (TypeScript) and Python (Flask)
• Experience building and integrating into production AI-powered features using LLM APIs
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to product detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where initiative matters
• Proven experience building and optimizing scalable APIs and microservices to handle high-concurrency environments.

Nice To Have:

• Experience with Docker or containerized deployments
• Experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments (preferably Azure and GCP)
• Comfortable setting up or maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions
• Experience working with AI Agents frameworks
