About the Role

AccelX is looking for a strong, self-managed Project Manager to lead delivery with discipline, visibility, and predictability. This role is about keeping execution under control, surfacing risks early, aligning stakeholders, and making sure both the customer and delivery team always know where things stand.

Role Description

• Own day-to-day project management across the full engagement lifecycle
• Manage scope, timeline, and budget in a controlled and transparent way
• Run regular status updates and keep stakeholders aligned
• Track risks, dependencies, blockers, and key decisions
• Coordinate between customer stakeholders, delivery teams, and company leadership
• Ensure changes are documented, assessed, and approved before execution
• Maintain clear visibility into progress, issues, and next steps
• Stay close enough to the work to understand what is happening and ask the right questions, without being the person writing code or defining requirements 

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management
• Proven experience managing at least 3–5 complex software projects end-to-end
• Experience working with non-technical customers in business-driven or compliance-driven environments
• Strong ability to manage delivery under time & materials or hybrid engagement models
• Demonstrated track record in controlling scope, managing dependencies and risks, and communicating clearly with stakeholders
• Comfortable working closely with senior technical leaders and delivery teams

Work Model

• Full-time role
• Ongoing involvement across multiple projects
• Acts as the main coordination point between customer stakeholders, the AccelX delivery team, and AccelX leadership
• Expected to be proactive, organized, reliable, and capable of operating independently

• Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, without rigid or dogmatic thinking
• Experience managing projects involving AI-assisted delivery or automation
