Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Security Project Manager, based in Petah Tikva with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The candidate will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of cybersecurity projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry standards, identifying project risks, and implementing effective solutions. The role also entails resource management, project documentation, and continuous improvement of project delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Information Security Project Management, including planning, execution, and risk management.
• Lead end-to-end management of information security projects from planning to execution.
• Manage security-related tasks within cross-organizational projects, including continuous tracking and timeline management.
• Develop and maintain project work plans, Gantt charts, milestones, and KPIs.
• Coordinate between technology and business stakeholders and drive collaboration across multiple departments.
• Identify and manage project risks, escalating blockers and challenges to senior management when needed.
• Support and oversee regulatory and compliance-related projects, ensuring alignment with Bank of Israel regulations and other relevant regulatory requirements.- strong advantage

• Assist in implementing structured project management methodologies within the department.
