Controller – Leading Private Company, Tiberias

A leading private company is looking for a Senior Accountant for a challenging and meaningful role that combines financial and accounting responsibilities within a dynamic business environment.

This is a new position in the organization, reporting directly to the CFO, and offers real opportunities for personal and professional growth.

The company’s offices are located in Tiberias.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for all departments.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost structure to ensure financial stability and flexibility.
• Professionally manage and lead the accounting team.
• Conduct financial analyses and prepare management reports as needed for the various group companies.
• Collaborate on a daily basis with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory
• 2–5 years of experience as an accountant or assistant accountant – mandatory (experience in a commercial company is a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple processes and tasks simultaneously
• Assertiveness and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Very good command of Excel
