.NET Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage our Digital Services Development team and drive innovation in our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a development team using AGILE methodology with .NET and Angular technologies.
• Set measurable goals for team members and provide both managerial and technical guidance.
• Ensure application stability, availability, maintenance, and incident management.
• Promote technological advancement, automation, and innovation within the team.
• Matrix management of QA engineers as part of the delivery process.
• Collaborate with Architecture, PMs, Infrastructure, Product Managers, and other departments.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle – from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Hands-on development as part of 50% of the role.

Requirements:

• 5+ years hands-on development experience in a variety of technologies: Angular, .NET, C#, .NET Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, MS SQL.
• 2+ years proven experience as a Digital Development Team Lead, managing teams of 5+ developers.
• Experience designing complex digital solutions integrating multiple systems and technologies, with attention to performance and scalability.
• Deep knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience leading development in an AGILE environment.
• Experience in large organizations.
• Cloud infrastructure experience (Azure/AWS) and secure cloud development practices – strong advantage.
• Strong expertise in digital systems and microservices infrastructure – advantage.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes – advantage.
• Significant development experience in Node.js, TypeScript, Nest.js – advantage.
• Previous experience in financial institutions (banks, insurance, credit card companies) – advantage.
