Strategic Technology Partner

TT PSC is looking for a highly connected technology leader to help expand our presence in the Israeli high-tech ecosystem.

We are seeking a former CTO, VP Engineering, R&D Director, or senior technology/business leader who understands how engineering organizations scale and has strong relationships across Israel’s technology community.

In this role, you will act as TT PSC’s representative in Israel, helping technology companies scale their engineering capacity, AI initiatives, and cloud platforms by connecting them with TT PSC’s global engineering capabilities.

Your focus will be on building strategic relationships with CTOs, VP Engineering, and R&D leadership teams and developing long-term engineering and technology partnerships.

What You Will Do

Represent TT PSC in Israel

Act as our local technology representative and build relationships with engineering and product leaders across Israel’s software and high-tech ecosystem.

Develop Engineering & Cloud Partnerships

Introduce TT PSC’s capabilities in:

• AI-powered R&D augmentation
• software engineering and product development
• cloud platform engineering
• cloud migration and application modernization
• data platforms and cloud integration

Leverage Your Industry Network

Use your relationships with technology leaders to open doors, initiate conversations, and identify opportunities where companies need support scaling engineering teams or technology platforms.

Build Strategic Ecosystem Partnerships

Develop relationships and joint initiatives with local technology ecosystems and partners such as Microsoft, GitHub, AWS and other cloud or developer platforms.

Support Local Marketing & Market Presence

Help grow TT PSC’s visibility in the Israeli market by participating in industry events, meetups, conferences, and community initiatives.

Work with Global Technical Teams

Collaborate with TT PSC’s solution architects, presales teams, and engineering experts to shape cooperation models and develop solutions that address client technology challenges.

Ideal Candidate

• Based in Israel (Tel Aviv or Central District preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in the software or technology industry
• Background as CTO, VP Engineering, R&D Director, or senior technology business leader
• Strong relationships with CTOs, VP Engineering, R&D leaders, and technology organizations
• Understanding of engineering organizations, cloud platforms, and R&D scaling challenges
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP or similar ecosystems is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate independently
• Comfortable representing the company at industry events, executive meetings, and partner engagements
