We are looking for an experienced Grants & Tenders Researcher to lead the identification, analysis, and submission of public funding opportunities and tenders in Israel and Europe, including EU programs and local/national tenders issued by individual European countries.

This is a hands-on role focused on research, proposal preparation, and coordination, working closely with internal technical teams and external partners in a deep-tech environment.

What you'll d

• oIdentify and assess grants and tenders across Israel and Europe (Horizon Europe, bilateral programs, local European country tenders)
• .Analyze call requirements, eligibility, evaluation criteria, and timelines
• .Lead end-to-end grant and tender submissions, including

• tAdministrative and formal documentatio
• nTight timelines and submission logistic
• sWork with multiple internal and external stakeholders (R&D, engineering, management, partners)
• .Ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality written proposals in English
