We’re looking for a Learning & Development Specialist / Instructional Designer to join a leading team and work on exciting projects with great people.

What you'll do:

• Design and develop advanced learning solutions – from macro & micro design to full implementation

• Lead end-to-end learning development projects

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Create and design interactive learning content using advanced tools and platforms

What we’re looking for:

• 2–3 years of experience in Instructional Design / Learning Development

• Proven experience in learning project design and leadership

• Full proficiency in Articulate Storyline – Required

• Strong skills in Illustrator & Photoshop – Required

• Experience with video editing tools (Camtasia / Premiere)

• Familiarity with LMS platforms – Required

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Experience with animation tools (e.g., Powtoon) – a significant advantage

• A team player with creativity, initiative, and a strong desire to learn and grow

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with AI tools and emerging technologies

• Familiarity with information systems
