The OpportunityWe are looking for an exceptional Head of Corporate Development to work directly with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive the company's long-term strategic growth.
This role will lead M&A strategy, strategic partnerships, capital strategy, and potential exit preparation. The person in this role will operate at the intersection of strategy, finance, and deal execution, helping shape the future trajectory of the company.
The ideal candidate combines top-tier financial and analytical skills with strong business judgment and deal-making experience.
What You Will DoStrategic Growth & Corporate Strategy- Partner with the CEO to define and execute the company’s long-term strategic roadmap
- Identify opportunities to accelerate growth through acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic initiatives
- Analyze markets, competitors, and emerging opportunities across the SaaS and AI ecosystem
- Lead the end-to-end M&A process including target identification, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing
- Evaluate acquisition opportunities that can expand product capabilities, technology, or market reach
- Build relationships with founders, investors, and executives across the SaaS ecosystem
- Manage relationships with investment banks, venture capital, and private equity firms
- Build financial models, valuation scenarios, and investor materials
- Lead internal and external due diligence processes
- Coordinate legal, financial, and operational teams during transactions
- Build and maintain a world-class data room and deal documentation
- Identify and structure partnerships that unlock distribution, technology integration, or new revenue streams
- Negotiate partnership agreements and joint initiatives
- 6+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or Strategy Consulting
- Strong background in M&A transactions and financial modeling
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics
- Experience working on complex deals or strategic initiatives
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment
- Experience working in high-growth SaaS or AI companies
- Prior involvement in company exits or large strategic transactions
- Strong network within venture capital, private equity, and SaaS ecosystems
- Direct partnership with the CEO on the company’s most important strategic decisions
- Opportunity to lead transformational transactions and acquisitions
- Ability to shape the long-term trajectory of a fast-growing global SaaS company
