Quality Reliability Manager

Job Overview

ZutaCore, a leading global company, seeks a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance and regulatory affairs function. In this critical role, you will drive organizational excellence by ensuring the highest quality standards in our products and strict adherence to our customer's and partners' requirements and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategicleadership for the quality assurance, reliability, and regulatory affairs function, fosteringa culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across the organization.
• Implement quality control processes in manufacturing and operations.
• Lead reliability programs and lifecycle testing.
• Conduct root cause analysis and failure investigations.
• Implement preventive actions to improve product reliability.
• Lead or support Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA).
• Ensure design validation and verification processes are properly implemented
• Ensure compliance with relevant international standards (UL/ETL, CE, IEC, FCC, ASHRAE, RoHS, REACH, F GAS ,WEEE, etc.).
• Lead Supplier Quality processes — supplier evaluation, qualification, and periodic auditing.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in Mechanical/ material Engineering- MUST
• Certification as CQE /CQM/CRE Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt or master's in quality – advantage
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a QualityAssurance, reliability, or Regulatory Affairsrole within a manufacturing or related environment.
• Familiarity with international certification processes (UL, CE, FCC, etc.).
• Strong understanding of quality controlprinciples, statistical processcontrol (SPC), and quality improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate across teams.
• Meticulous attentionto detail and a commitment to quality.
• Proficient in Microsoft OfficeSuite (Word, Excel,PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English; additional language skills a plus.
