About the Role

We are looking for an organized and tech-oriented Affiliate Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day technical and administrative side of our affiliate activity

 This is an entry-level position (not a junior, we do ask for a relevant basic knowledge in the iGaming industry) , perfect for someone who enjoys "behind the scenes" work, ensuring everything is set up correctly and running smoothly. Furthermore, a stronger orientation toward tracking, integrations, links, postbacks, and technical operations is ther CORE of this role.

What You’ll Do

• Technical Setup: Onboard new brands and partners into our affiliate systems.
• Link Management: Create and test tracking links, set up postbacks, and ensure integrations are working correctly.
• Data Maintenance: Upload and update brand information, marketing materials, and data across internal and external platforms.
• Support & Monitoring: Assist affiliates with basic technical questions and monitor tracking flows to catch errors.
• Admin & Finance Support: Handle month-end administrative tasks, including data reconciliation and preparing payment-related reports.

Requirements

• Fluent English (Written and spoken) – Must.
• Technical Orientation: Comfortable working with links, settings, and digital platforms.
• High Attention to Detail: You are the person who finds the small error in a long list of data.
• Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple small tasks and follow up on them independently.
• Practical Mindset: You enjoy getting things done and working in a support-oriented role.
• Experience in online gaming / iGaming / performance marketing (Up tp 1-1.5 year)
• Excel/Google Sheets: Basic to intermediate knowledge – an advantage
