This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO will lead the technological vision and strategy of the company, overseeing software development, system architecture, and IT operations. Key responsibilities include managing technical teams, guiding product development, ensuring scalability and security of systems, and aligning technology initiatives with the company’s long-term goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the CTO will play a crucial role in driving innovation and maintaining technology best practices.

• Proven expertise in Software Development and Product Development, with experience leading technical projects from concept to completion.
• Strong skills in IT Strategy and Architecture, with the ability to plan and implement scalable, efficient, and secure technology solutions.
• Experience in Project Management, including team leadership, resource allocation, and timeline management.
• Exceptional communication skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including non-technical stakeholders, to achieve organizational goals.
• Understanding of emerging technologies and their potential applications within the digital learning landscape.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; additional certifications in relevant areas are a plus.
