We are seeking a mid-level product manager with strong AI fluency to help define and execute our product vision across cyber defense and enterprise-scale platforms. You will blend classic product management capabilities with deep curiosity and hands-on understanding of AI technologies—especially where they can optimize workflows, improve threat detection, or enhance automation. 

You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to translate market needs into product capabilities and deliver intuitive, scalable solutions that drive customer impact. 

Responsibilities 

• Translate customer needs, market trends, and competitive signals into clear product requirements. 
• Identify and prioritize AI-driven opportunities (e.g., automation, predictive modeling, LLM-based workflows). 
• Collaborate with Engineering & Data Science to scope and validate AI/ML features, ensuring they are ethical, explainable, and privacy aligned. 
• Support the product roadmap with clear rationale, prioritization, and measurable outcomes. 

Execution & Delivery 

• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. 
• Lead cross functional product discussions, backlog grooming, and sprint planning. 
• Partner with UX/UI to design intuitive AI powered user experiences. 
• Track development progress and ensure feature delivery meets quality standards. 

Customer & Market Engagement 

• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product direction. 
• Work closely with Customer Success and Sales to understand usage patterns, pain points, and value drivers. 
• Represent the product in customer meetings, webinars, and partner discussions. 

GTM & Measurement 

• Collaborate with Marketing to build messaging and sales enablement materials. 
• Support launches of new features and capabilities. 
• Monitor KPIs, product performance metrics, and adoption of AI features; use insights to refine roadmap.

Requirements:

2–4 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, data platforms, or enterprise software.  

Experience working with or around AI/ML technologies, including understanding of LLM use cases, model evaluation, or AI-assisted workflows.  

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly requirements.  

Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing end-to-end feature delivery.  

Strong analytical skills; proficient with data analysis and experimentation environments.  

Hands-on experience working with Engineering teams.  

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
