Luxury Contracting & Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly connected, polished, and driven Local Representative & Contracting Manager based in Bali. You will be the face of Honeybali on the ground, responsible for building strong B2B relationships with Directors of Sales and Marketing (DOSMs) at 5-star properties, conducting rigorous site inspections, and ensuring flawless execution of our VIP clients' itineraries.

Key Responsibilities:

• B2B Contracting: Meet face-to-face with hotel management across key luxury regions (Uluwatu, Canggu, Ubud, Nusa Dua, etc.) to negotiate direct wholesale Net Rates and secure exclusive VIP perks (upgrades, resort credits).
• 
  
• Quality Control & Site Inspections: Conduct regular physical inspections of luxury properties and private villas. Upload real-time data, photos, and quality reports directly into our CRM app from your mobile device.
• VIP Concierge Support: Act as the local point of contact for our high-net-worth clients during their stay. Handle real-time requests, resolve on-site issues immediately, and ensure the delivery of anticipatory service.

• Supplier Scouting: Continuously scout and onboard new ultra-luxury properties, yachts, and exclusive local experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Luxury Hospitality (e.g., Sales/Reservations at a 5-star resort, or operations at a luxury DMC in Indonesia).
• Deep existing network with hotel DOSMs and villa management companies in Bali.
• Fluent in both English (written and spoken) and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and mobile apps for reporting.
• Highly presentable, independent, and possessing excellent negotiation skills.
