This means knowing how to translate technical ambition into investor conviction, how to shape perception across Silicon Valley, and how to create the conditions for competitive tension and FOMO among top-tier investors, ensuring EQE is not only understood, but actively pursued.

** The Mandate **

We are seeking a Head of Communications & Strategic Narrative to architect how EQE is perceived across investors, founders, media, and the broader AI ecosystem.

This is not a traditional PR role.

This is a strategic position at the intersection of capital formation, storytelling, and market psychology, responsible for shaping investor perception, driving momentum, and influencing how the company is valued and pursued.

This role is designed for someone who deeply understands the foundational AI landscape and the broader implications of advanced AI, economically, societally, and geopolitically. It requires a strong grasp of how frontier AI companies are evaluated, differentiated, and positioned within a rapidly evolving global context.

Equally important is a nuanced understanding of Silicon Valley dynamics, how top-tier investors think, how social signaling influences decision-making, and how narrative, timing, and perception drive capital formation and competitive behavior.

You will operate as a close partner to the Israeli CEO, owning narrative, positioning, and communication strategy during a critical phase of institutional capital formation, and beyond. You will also serve as a trusted advisor on communication, and media training to communicate with precision in the "language of Silicon Valley", aligning tone, framing, and narrative with the expectations of top-tier US investors and operators. 

** What You Will Drive **

Investor Narrative & Capital Positioning

• Architect and continuously refine the company's core narrative for tier-1 institutional investors.
• Translate complex AI ambition into clear, compelling, and differentiated positioning.
• Ensure narrative consistency across all investor-facing materials and interactions.
• Shape how EQE is understood relative to leading frontier AI labs.

Momentum, Signaling & FOMO Dynamics

• Design and execute communication strategies that create investor urgency and competitive tension.
• Control timing, sequencing, and information flow during the fundraising process.
• Orchestrate selective visibility across key nodes in the Silicon Valley ecosystem.
• Support the CEO in high-stakes investor interactions and follow-ups.

Media & Ecosystem Strategy

• Build and manage relationships with top-tier journalists, editors, and ecosystem influencers.
• Secure high-impact, strategically timed coverage.
• Position EQE within the global AI and capital markets conversation.
• Navigate press exposure, leaks, and narrative risk with precision.

Executive Positioning

• Shape the CEO's voice across investor communication, media, and written content.
• Prepare talking points, narratives, and strategic messaging.
• Ensure clarity, authority, and consistency across all external communication.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO on media presence, messaging discipline, and communication style.

• Extensive experience in Silicon Valley communications, strategic narrative, or high-level PR roles.
• Background working with top-tier venture-backed companies, frontier tech firms, or leading communications firms.
• Proven track record influencing investor perception and supporting large fundraising processes.
• Deep relationships with Silicon Valley media, founders, and investors.
• Strong understanding of how top-tier VCs evaluate companies and respond to narrative.
• Exceptional writing ability — sharp, structured, and persuasive.
