Facilities Maintenance Manager

A leading medical device company developing innovative cardiac solutions, is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to manage and maintain the company’s facilities , including offices, production areas, warehouses, and supporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all company facilities , including offices, production areas, warehouses, and utility infrastructure
• Develop preventive maintenance plans, maintenance procedures, and work instructions
• Full ownership of EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) including safety procedures implementation, risk assessments, incident handling, and compliance with local regulations
• Oversee maintenance, service, and calibration of production equipment, machinery, and supporting systems in accordance with quality and regulatory requirements
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems, HVAC, water systems, compressed air, fire safety, and other building systems
• Lead the company’s Business License compliance: renewals, inspections, and communication with local authorities
• Support Engineering, Production, Quality, and R&D teams in facility‑related projects and activities
• Manage external contractors, service providers, and if applicable maintenance technicians

Requirement

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management or maintenance roles.
• Experience in medical devices, pharma, or controlled industrial environments.
• Proven experience with production equipment maintenance and calibration management.
• Experience managing technicians and coordinating work with external contractors.
• Knowledge of EHS standards, calibration processes, and maintenance methodologies.
• Strong hands-on approach with the ability to operate independently in a multi-interface role.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English.
