Enterprise AI systems specialist - JB-620

We are looking for a hands-on AI Implementation Specialist to help our customers plan, configure, and roll out organizational AI tools, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot and Google Gemini for Workspace / Gemini Enterprise. You will work closely with customer stakeholders (IT, security, business owners) to turn abstract “AI transformation” goals into concrete use cases, workflows, and successful deployments.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for AI org tools at customer environments (primarily Copilot and Gemini Enterprise), from discovery through rollout and adoption.
• Run workshops with business and technical stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases across departments (e.g., support, sales, finance, operations).
• Translate business needs into technical configurations: policies, permissions, data access, prompts/templates, and workflow integrations.
• Work with customer IT and security teams to design safe deployments, including identity, data governance, and compliance considerations.
• Configure and fine-tune AI tools within Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace ecosystems (e.g., SharePoint/Drive, email, docs, chat, meetings).
• Create and maintain implementation playbooks, best-practice guides, and standard templates for repeatable projects.
• Deliver enablement sessions, demos, and training for end users, champions, and managers to drive adoption and proper usage.
• Monitor usage and performance post go-live, analyze metrics, and recommend improvements to increase value and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams (internal and vendor) to escalate issues, influence roadmap, and validate new features with customers.
• Stay current with rapid changes in Copilot, Gemini, and adjacent AI tools and proactively bring new capabilities to customers.

What we’re looking for

• 3-5 years of professional experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., implementation specialist, solutions engineer, IT consultant, productivity tools admin, or similar).
• Hands-on experience deploying or administering Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace in production environments.
• Solid understanding of modern SaaS concepts: identity and access management, groups/roles, data sharing, permissions, security and compliance basics.
• Familiarity with at least one major AI productivity stack (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or similar assistants like ChatGPT for Enterprise) - as an admin, power user, or implementer.
• Strong communication skills in both technical and business contexts: able to explain AI capabilities, limitations, and risks clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead projects with multiple stakeholders, manage expectations, and deliver on time.
• Comfort working with structured and unstructured data sources (documents, mailboxes, knowledge bases) and mapping them to business processes.
• Self-directed, curious, and comfortable working in environments where requirements and tools evolve quickly.

Nice to have

• Previous experience specifically configuring Microsoft 365 Copilot (policies, licensing, security, data access) or Gemini Enterprise / Gemini for Workspace.
• Experience designing prompts, templates, or AI-assisted workflows for business users.
• Background in change management, user training, or internal evangelism for new tools.
• Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Apps Script, or low-code tools like Power Automate / AppSheet).
• Experience in consulting, system integrators, or vendors implementing SaaS/AI solutions for multiple customers.
