A veteran company in the security field is looking for a quality auditor for electronic components and integrated mechanical systems.
The role includes:
Performing quality audits upon receipt (electronic cards and components, wiring, mechanics, electro-mechanics).
In-process quality audit, final audit, submission for customer review, preparation of quality reports, COC, usable tag.
Performing in-process audits and source audits at suppliers and subcontractors.
Analyzing production failures, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Analyzing failures for customer compliance purposes within the framework of customer non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Controlling internal and external employee certification and building the training program.
Reviewing ECO / ATP / ATR / production files documents, as well as waivers related to development, engineering and production.
Performing customer complaint investigations according to accepted methods (D8, 3A).
Support external quality system and customer certification audits.
Perform First Item Inspection (FAI) in accordance with AS9102.
Implement quality programs in manufacturing.
Lead and support the MRB process.
Education as a quality engineer/electronics/industrial and management/mechanical - required.
4-7 years of experience as a quality auditor in electronic/mechanical/integrated systems manufacturing - required.
Experience from the defense industry - an advantage.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes (electronic and electromechanical, mechanical), reading drawings and production files - required.
High interpersonal communication skills for working with manufacturing, development, project management, engineering and supply chain.
Knowledge of AS9100, IPC-620, IPC-610 standards - required.
CQE approval and internal/external auditor course for AS9100 standard - an advantage.
Experience working with an ERP system - required, PRIORITY - an advantage.
Proficiency in OFFICE software - a must.
High level of Hebrew and English.
