Role Overview:

Lead and manage technology and IT projects while ensuring delivery of professional, operational and financial objectives. The role includes planning project timelines, managing resources and coordinating complex initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage large-scale technology and IT projects or multiple smaller projects
• Define project goals including operational, financial and professional objectives
• Build project plans, schedules and resource allocation frameworks
• Coordinate with internal teams and external software vendors
• Perform system analysis and write functional and technical specification documents
• Manage complex systems with multiple processes and integrations
• Lead system integrations and manage technological interfaces
• Manage project budgets, procurement processes and vendor engagements
• Supervise and guide additional project managers when required

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience managing IT and technology projects
• Proven experience managing complex projects involving external software vendors
• Experience in system analysis and writing functional and system specification documents
• Experience analyzing systems with multiple processes and workflows
• Experience supporting complex processes in large organizations
• Experience integrating systems and managing technological interfaces
• Experience managing project budgets, procurement and vendor engagements
• Experience working in government or public sector organizations – significant advantage
