Role Overview:

Lead information security projects end-to-end, including planning, execution and monitoring. The role focuses on coordinating cross-organizational initiatives, managing risks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage information security and cybersecurity projects from initiation to delivery
• Build project plans, timelines and milestones
• Monitor tasks, schedules and deliverables across cross-functional projects
• Coordinate between technology and business stakeholders
• Identify risks, escalate blockers and support decision-making processes
• Support regulatory projects aligned with Bank of Israel and relevant compliance requirements
• Track project budgets and resources
• Promote structured project management methodologies within the department

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing information security or cybersecurity projects
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in large organizations
• Understanding of cybersecurity, information security and technology risk management
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira
• Experience working in financial organizations or regulated environments – significant advantage
