Quality Assurance Team Lead

We are looking for a hands‑on QA Team Lead with strong expertise in automation to lead all software testing activities across the organization.

In this role, you will manage a team of QA engineers while taking an active part in both automation development and manual testing.

You will be responsible for defining the overall testing strategy, building and maintaining test plans, designing regression suites, developing automated tests and frameworks, and ensuring the quality of deliverables across multiple projects.

The role includes close collaboration with R&D teams, Product, and internal stakeholders in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and technologically driven environment.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree / Software Engineering diploma – required.
• 4+ years of experience in software testing based on structured QA methodologies – required.
• Significant hands‑on experience developing and implementing automation infrastructure – required.
• 3+ years of experience in automation testing – required.
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing QA teams – required.
• Experience writing test cases, documenting defects, and producing QA documentation according to standards.
• Strong experience reading specification documents and reviewing test scenarios with the team.
• Experience testing both Client‑side and Server‑side components – required.
• Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries – required.
• Hands‑on experience with Cypress and/or Playwright – required.
• Proven team leadership experience- Mandatory.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence – strong advantage.
