Role Overview:
Lead and manage software testing teams while ensuring high testing standards and continuous improvement of QA processes. The role includes mentoring testers, implementing testing methodologies and producing periodic reports on testing activities and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage software testing teams
- Provide professional guidance and mentoring to QA engineers
- Define and implement testing methodologies and QA best practices
- Monitor testing activities and ensure quality standards are met
- Prepare periodic reports on testing activities, issues and improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with development and project teams throughout the testing lifecycle
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in software testing
- 4+ years of experience managing QA teams
