Product Lead | New B2B Product

We are seeking a high-impact Product Lead to join Elementor and lead a unique and diverse product portfolio. In this role, you will navigate different product lifecycles simultaneously: from maximizing the value of established B2C solutions to pioneering a B2B next-generation AI product from 0 to 1.

This is a Hands-On, non-managerial role for a product leader who can "think big while moving fast. You will be the driving force behind the characterization and delivery of new initiatives, acting as the primary owner of the product’s journey. This position is built for an exceptionally agile professional, someone who is comfortable with strategic pivots, excels at stakeholder management, and can represent our vision with confidence in front of high-tier B2B clients.

Responsibilities:

• Multi-Lifecycle Product Leadership: You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a completely new B2B product, ensuring it aligns with Elementor’s mission while carving out its own market space. This role involves direct, Hands-On product management for a portfolio of three products: leading the new B2B initiative while simultaneously taking full, hands-on ownership of and driving the growth of two established B2C product lines.
• From 0 to 1 in AI: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a next-generation AI-driven B2B product. You will transform complex AI technologies into intuitive, high-value tools that carve out new market spaces for Elementor.
• Strategic Agility & Pivot Mastery: Navigate the uncertainty of new product development with a "Rosh Gadol" mindset. You must be exceptionally agile and resilient, with the ability to lead rapid pivots in strategy based on market feedback while keeping the vision aligned with business goals.
• Deep Customer Discovery: Dive into the B2B ecosystem by engaging directly with professional users and stakeholders. You will represent the product in front of Tier-1 customers, identifying unmet needs and translating them into transformative solutions.
• Product Craftsmanship & Delivery: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle. You’ll be hands-on in characterizing requirements and partnering closely with R&D, infrastructure, and design teams to bring high-quality B2B tools to life.
• Go-to-Market & Impact: In collaboration with Marketing and Sales, you will shape the GTM strategy, pricing models, and value propositions. You will establish KPIs and feedback loops to validate success and iterate rapidly based on real-world usage.
  
  

• B2B Mastery & Market Provenance: 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on B2B. You must have a proven track record of shipping products that have met the market and solved complex business workflows. Experience in companies with low-touch B2B sales models is a significant advantage.
• The "0-to-1" Specialist: Extensive experience in launching brand-new products or leading major "Greenfield" initiatives within a tech company. You are a master at handling ambiguity, building structure from scratch, and defining a product's path to success.
• Strategic Resilience & Agility: A "Rosh Gadol" with a proven ability to lead through changes. You are comfortable with strategic pivots and can adapt your product plan rapidly based on new insights without losing momentum.
• Versatile Professional Background: You have experience working across different company scales, from agile startups to large-scale, established tech firms. You understand how to bridge the gap between infrastructure-level thinking and user-facing product delivery.
• Professional Presence & Interface Skills: Strong representational skills with the ability to stand in front of Tier-1 customers and executive leadership. You are an expert at managing cross-functional interfaces (R&D, Design, Marketing) to drive alignment and execution.
• Technical & AI Savvy: A strong technical foundation that allows you to partner effectively with world-class engineers, specifically in the AI/ML domain, combined with a sharp eye for product design and user psychology.
• Execution Powerhouse: A proactive, "doer" attitude. You possess the strategic maturity of a Leader but are excited to be hands-on, taking full ownership of your portfolio to turn a vision into a reality.
