Cyber Security Architect

Matrix is Hiring OT Systems Expert (OT Cyber Architect) Specialist for a large governmental organization.

This role focuses on designing and securing Operational Technology (OT) environments, with responsibility for architecture, risk analysis, and cybersecurity strategy in complex infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

• Mapping attack surfaces and potential threat vectors in OT systems
• Designing and documenting a security architecture framework for OT projects
• Developing secure architecture alternatives and technical solutions
• Supporting tenders and RFP processes, including drafting cybersecurity annexes
• Working with internal and external stakeholders
• Designing secure architectures for both ICS networks and enterprise environments

Requirements

• Academic degree and relevant cybersecurity certifications
• At least 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity Architecture
• Strong understanding of infrastructure environments (Linux, Windows)
• Experience supporting the implementation and lifecycle of enterprise cybersecurity solutions
• Hands-on experience designing secure architectures for ICS, enterprise, and web environments.
• Knowledge of Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and initiative
